The telephone is often the first contact with Rocky's Autos. We must greet
our telephone customers with a friendly, smiling voice. Cheerfulness is always
required as it leaves a lasting impression about who we are. The successful
receptionist understands the importance of providing a helpful, attentive communication

After giving the customer a thorough presentation of the selected vehicle,
the sales consultant will take the customer on a demonstration drive to highlight
the features of their new vehicle. Sales consultants are also involved in the
negotiation and presentation of various financial options, helping the customer
select the best option. The most successful sales consultants develop a personal,
long term follow-up program that leads to strong customer retention, repeat business
